    Location so close to a lovely pub with very nice reasonably priced food, vineyard and a nice quiet area with access to lots of local walks. Pleasant and accommodating staff and management.

    Our room, the grouse, was spacious and decorated with birthday balloons for my partner. The comfy bed and the lovely little touches for our dog. Breakfast was fantastic, a real treat!

    Couples searching for a cozy retreat

    The breakfast was included and I must say, the full English breakfast was more than enough to start the day right, fresh and delicious.

    We had a lovely stay during our short getaway to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The room was fabulous, very spacious and well-designed, making our evenings comfortable after a day out.     Comfortable stay with good vibes

    Had a decent 1 night in a king room. Breakfast was really tasty and looked great, tho I wish I'd gotten more options than just orange juice. Getting to the room was a bit of a trek in the rain, and the four-post bed blocked the TV view from the chair. Great toiletries, tho!
